In March 1999, Bryan and Lisa Burden made the decision to start a service center operation specializing in work on Honda and Acura models. Located in north suburban Houston, TX, their shop got off to a good start thanks to Bryan's many years of prior experience as a master technician at a large dealership.

Lisa's role is to manage appointment scheduling, cashier activity, and general business administration.

Through their hard work, repeat business from satisfied customers has grown at a steady pace. Over time a second and then a third master technician joined the staff of Burden Auto Care. Bryan summarizes their present situation as follows: "Honda owners come to us because we have a reputation of knowing Honda systems forwards and backwards. They know that the person working on their vehicle is highly qualified, and that only genuine parts will be installed.
